For a long time, I felt stuck in my life. I wasn’t making any progress or growing as a person. I was just going through the motions, living and working without a clear sense of purpose or personal development. What I didn’t realize was that if you’re not actively getting smarter, stronger, and faster, you’re actually moving backward. And that’s exactly what was happening to me. My life was falling apart, and it had a negative impact on my physical health, relationships, and emotional well-being.
Luckily, I had the support of an amazing mentor who helped me break free from that stagnant lifestyle and let go of the unhealthy habits that were holding me back. It was a wake-up call for me. I suddenly realized how much time I had wasted. With half of my life already gone, I became acutely aware of all the things I still wanted to achieve and the kind of person I aspired to become.

I spend at least an hour reading, studying, and meditating before heading to the gym at 6:30 AM for another hour.
